A Hispanic market in LA? Preposterous! Heh...you got me. I was just being lazy. So, yellow corn is what restaurant chips are made of? Just when I thought I had everything squared away once I got the guacamole taken care of...I find out that I'm not nearly the chip expert I assumed I was. Hah.
