I'm not sure if there was a Special Forces thread, but I'll post this info here.
The addon for BF2 is due out 11/22. EA is testing out a download distribution model with this software so you can start pre-loading right now! You need to download the appropriately named "EA Downloader"
I very much believe in downloadable software and I'm happy EA is testing this out. I wasn't sure that I was going to buy this add-on anytime soon but I might as well as I really want to support EA in this endeavor.
