Imake guac on a regular basis - and i'm not sure i have a recipe...
i have a wood bowl that i make it in and use a fork for the mashing.
2 -3 avacados - halved and seeded and scooped into a bowl and mashed -- but not mashed tater mashed - -just smooosh 'em up
a handful of fresh cilantro chopped
1/2 red onion diced
juice of one lime
a generous sprinkling of kosher salt
mix together
if you wanna you can add in a few tablespoons of good salsa..
