To all who want to build a better body not just lose weight:
If you've never heard of Body-for-Life I suggest checking it out. It is similar to weight watchers, but emphasizes eating to fuel workouts. I packed on the pounds (up to 220) during college and tried this program and went down to 170 lbs and my bodyfat was in the lower single digits. I used to work at GNC and I saw many former weight watchers customers use the Body-for-Lifestyle with great success. There is a book called Body-for-Life... check it out sometime.
