I would rather have the people of Texas vote on an issue, as is their right both by their own state and national constitutions, as upheld by federal laws. It's not like I care that people are gay, nor do I care if they want to get married. But seeing as to their is nothing limiting the rights of Texans to do this, nor the citizens of any other state, then this is what is American.
