If the person has a POS car that is neglected, and has bad driver maintenance, I really judge a person about that.

You can't remember to get an oil change? What else will you forget?

You haven't washed the car in a decade? What else don't you clean?

Yes, it may be foolish, but I do notice, and I do judge.

If it is an old car in GOOD shape, I take that into consideration as well, on the positive side.

The money thing (expensive car/cheap car) makes no difference. Just how someone takes care of their things.
