It takes very little time for me to vote with out paper and pencil method here in town. I've lived in other places that use the chad method and it's more confusing. I like pencil and paper and the people working the desk at the fire station where I go to vote - they are neighbors that I know and my family knows. If there was any problem with how things were counted they would risk the personal wrath of their friends and neighbors - not just annonymous wrath of a collective nation.
