right or left...we ought to take a moment to recognize the efforts of the GAO. Often referred to with less than loving sentiments by many in the political establishment, it represents one of the best parts of our government...the ability to look at our own actions self-critically.
i don't know about some of the commentary that was added to the report in this article, but the GAO report itself is rather disturbing. We need open source elections.
