Dont buy it. I have one on 6800GT and it doesn't allow good enough cooling for the memory chips.
I constantly ran into weird problems which were caused by slight memory overheating. I'm now cooling the card from the other side also (with a 12cm fan just sitting there...) and the problems go away.
The models USED to come with copper pads for the memory chips. Too bad I didn't get one. Now they're using those cheap rubbery pads which don't do the job correctly.
Avoid.
