I haven't played much since the first Quake, but I can't resist...
Commando - Commodore 64
Mission Impossible - C64 "Stay awhile. Stay foreeever! ha ha ha!"
California Games - C64 - Surfing was my favourite
Winter Games - C64 - Freestyle ski jumping was great.
Forbidden Forest - C64 - The scary music was terrifying.
Lemmings - PC - The original side view.
Stunt Racer- PC I still think this was a pretty advanced game. You would build your own track, complete with loops and jumps, and then race. You could run the race from several different camera angles in and outside the car and also rewatch the race like a movie. The replays had full Tivo style capabilities. All on our 486!
Spaceman Spiff - PC Best Shareware evar!
Night Driver - Vic 20 - A car hood and the lines on the road are all you need.
Honourable mention - There was this C64 war game where the dying soldiers would scream out "MEDIC!" but I can't remember the name of it.
