I'd like to get rid of most of what I have rather than add to it, but a friend from college had hers done a few years ago.. when they were first done..after the healing process... they looked good (she went to a really good plastic surgeon and didn't go for the best price.. she went for the best surgeon) when they were done.. while I'm not a conniseur of boobies... a quick feel said they felt pretty natural...
Most of the unnaturalness of fake boobies has a lot to do with the way the skin feels over the mound... if too large a size is gotten .... the skin stretches too taut and it doesn't look or feel natural. This goes back to the "get a surgeon who knows what they are doing and will do what is best for you which might not always be what you think is best for you...
After about 5 years or so - she had them removed because she didn't like the way they felt... they seemed to shift oddly...
I'm deliberately not going to tell you(but i will in my not telling you) you are beautiful just the way you are... but if having larger breasts makes you feel better about yourself... go for it.. do it for yourself and only for yourself...
Brit's faster than me -- What he's describing is what I was saying above-- the wrong size being used... you get that really unnatural feeling because the skin is just too tight.
