Well, I ran a PNY Geforce MX440 (or maybe it was the 420...?)in my machine up until about 6 months ago.
As far as I know (I never really tinkered around with that way) the S-video is output only.
I've still got the card and, I think, all of the stuff that came with it tucked away somewhere....I'll try to dig it up over the weekend and see what's what.
