Rurouni Kenshin the OVA. The first one, not the second one about his dumbass kid who climbs up onto a roof and can't get off. It takes a very nice turn away from the series and describes quite a bit of information I wanted to know aside from the scar.
Can't think of anything else that particularly impressed me off the top of my head. That's what happens when you've seen too much.
BTW, there's a new Hellsing coming out? All I wanted more out of the series were some OVAs telling me how the hell Alucard got captured and tamed in the first place.
