I love meat, but i've been overweight for a while(not too much...about 30-40 pounds, which isn't that bad for a guy), so i recently decided to go Palescapatarian(sp?) which means i'm a veggie but i still will have fish every now and then...i've only been doing it for about 3-4 weeks now...but i'm feel alot better lately...and whenever i DO eat meat(i took a vacation to chicago...and when you're on vacation in chicago...there's no way you CAN'T eat a deep dish sausage pizza) i notice that it sits alot heavier in my stomach.
