Excess skin shouldn't be a prob if you frequently do cardio and weight lifting.
It also depends on how fast you dropped the weight. People who get gastric bypass almost always have to have surgery to remove the loose skin because it was so sudden.
If you lost the weight gradually over time, it's a bit odd to have loose skin. A very little amount, yes... but it shouldn't be anything abnormal or anything that won't be back to normal within a few months of continued workouts and LOTS of water. Your skin is elastic!
As for stretch marks.. nothin you can do.
