I would say a frame off restoration wouldn't be the way to go because it will be very expensive and that model Caddy isn't rare.... I would rebuild the suspension and engine and tranny (if needed) and repaint it. Frame off restoration's are best reserved for rare model's.... even then, unless you do most of the work yourself the cost vs the amount the car would sell for isn't worth it....... Nowdays you can find just about any car (unless it's very rare) that someone has put thousands of dollars into and is selling it for alot less than what they have in it....
