I don't mind O'reilly, on the off chance that i watch his show, i usually enjoy it, watching him tear down someone is entertaining. He is a very good debater, really dominates any conversation. As to the phrase, it's nothing more than a phrase, and as to where it comes from, i don't know if O'reilly was the first to coin it, never given it much thought really.
