If you really wanna hold music and movies pick up the 1GB memory stick, which can be found for as little as $72... but once again we all just missed out on the PSP GigaPack - as the name suggests it's a package that comes with the 1GB memory card. linky

As for the smudges on screen, there's not much you can do besides constantly baby it with your cleaning cloth (like I do...) but I've heard of some people applying car wax to the screen, which helps it keep its shine alot longer. It's a specific wax that works best on the screen, I'll have to look it up...
