That may be true, Sleepyjack, but that's precisely why I go to matinee showings whenever possible (4.50$ at my local theater), because I think that paying 10$ for a movie is far too expensive, plus a soda is 4$, a bag of popcorn is another 4$, a small bag of candy you could get out of a regular vending machine for 0.75$ costs 3.25$, and so on. Movie theaters are outrageously expensive - as are video games.
