I got a new toy!

(42.3 damage per second)
+17 Intellect
+7 Stamina
Requires Level 60
Passive: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 64.
Passive: Restores 4 mana every 5 sec.

My Frostbolts hit for about 900 now with this puppy (and a +30 damage enchant). My highest crit so far with trinkets+AP is about 3400.
