From 226 to 224 so I guess that's another step in the right direction.
I also changed my exercise routine last week, which now reads:-
20 Minutes Of Cycling
2 sets of each of the following:-
-French Press
-Dead Lift
-Bench Press
-Heel Raise
-Bent Over Rowing
-Side Bends
Guess I'm in for the long haul...
