here in australia you can get them from any supermarket off the shelf... so curiosity got the better of me about 8-9 months ago and i gave it a try.
its a rubber ring worn on the shaft with this little pea sized battery witha switch. i quite enjoyed it but the mrs thought it was cumbersome... sigh....
