The Jet Blue flight ahead of mine was delayed. The first sentence over the PA was that it had been delayed. The second sentence announced that all passengers on that plane should go to gate 47 to pick up a complimentary meal voucher.
Did I mention that as of today (Thursday) United still hasn't found two of my bags from my Sunday flight?
