Southwest managed to drop our stroller hard enough to break it. It was just great coming off the plane with an 8 month old and bags, and then trying to get through the airport while CARRYING the stroller and bags while the wife carried my son and more bags.
However, I usually like Southwest. Despite the cattle herd mentality and their ever vigilant approach toward "we have silly employees who make the trip fun", they are usually reasonable to deal with, and more often than not get me to my destination on time. That, and they usually have cheap tickets to the places I'm going.
