As some of you may know, im new to the whole work out, gym thing. I really have know idea what im doing, so I was wondering if anyone had any good resources that i could use?
I have no idea how to use any gym equipment
I have no idea of what is a good workout.
currently i just ride the exercise bike, or eliptical trainer. for about 1 hr a day. which tells my on the screen that im burning around 300 calories.
