Lucid Dreaming has been an intrest of mine. I am a creative thinker and the possibilitys of understanding myself better and really have an enviroment where I could explore my thoughts and ideas openly. Iv managaed to become lucid countless times but I find it hard to hold on to the control and stay asleep. I have been working passivily for a year to get better with it but so far I have improved dream recall. Keep a journal next to your bed and when your first awake, record your dream in a log. Over time you will relize that you too, also dream, most every night and as the recall improves you will remebers more and more.
