I think that Detroit and Miami will dominate the East, and most of the rest of the teams will be WAY behind their competition in the West. I'm not sure who will make it out of the West (probably the Spurs?), but the ONLY two teams in the East who appear to have a shot to win it all are Miami and Indiana.
