Thanks for the replies. I just filed the dispute, hopefully sometime in the next couple weeks I will be getting some money back. I guess I just needed to hear from some people that this isn't a waste of time, or that the process isn't inherently geared against buyers.
BOR, at the time of purchase I thought 10 out of 1400 was pretty good. Since then I have seen numerous ebayers with over 5000 positive feedbacks and zero negative feedback, and virtually no ebayers with more than 2 or 3 negative feedbacks I am realizing that the seller I bought from doesnt have such a good reputation.
