Can't do the 15-day trial subscription for various reasons.
As for the college library, I haven't checked that specifically. Part of the "books" for the class I need this for is to subscribe to the FT for 10 weeks, so I don't think the library has it available online or anything. I couldn't subscribe to the FT though, for various reasons. Plus, when I have looked up periodicals and such at the library, I've typically seen a 3 month delay - doesn't do me much good as I am only interested in articles from Sep 15 or so to Oct 30.
