I'm an ex vegetarian. I did not eat meat, chicken or fish for 8 years. Now I have a farm and raise my own organic beef, chicken, duck, turkey & pork. I also fish and hunt. I have gone from one extreme toth e pther anf it really did not make any noticable difference to my health one way or the other. I slaughter my own animals and have no problem with getting covered in the blood of the animals that will feed me and my family.
