Crazy kids, I remember that when I was a young kid much younger than 13, me and a bunch of the neighborhood kids would go out and play war, with homemade sticks and bows and arrow, my bow and arrow sucked but I tried to get my arrow as sharp as I could. Yea as a kid I didn't have good judgment, hell I thought any day I would discover I had super powers or something. All I’m saying is that this is a case of a kid being a kid, and frankly, what he did seemed much tamer compared to things which I did when I was a kid and things I heard about other kids doing. I guess they had to investigate it, but it shows the state of fear that people are in.
