In no particular order....
Call of Duty (PC) - The multiplayer on this is immense and one of the most balanced I've ever played.
Team Fortress Classic (PC) - Again, one of the best multiplayer experiences I've had
Final Fantasy VII (PS1) - My first ever foray into the world of RPG's and still the best I've played
Burnout 3 (PS2) - The fastest, most balls-to-the-wall racer ever!
Hmmmm, this is harder than I thought it would be.....
Sensible World of Soccer (Amiga) - The best football game ever. Period!
Streetfighter 2 (Any) - You all already know about this
Colin McRae Rally 2.0 (PS1) - IMO, the best racing simulation ever. None of the series since has bettered it
Resident Evil (PS1) - The original and still the best survival horror
Alien Vs. Predator (PC) - One of the scariest and most atmospheric games ever
Mario Kart (N64) - More excellent multiplayer antics
Honourable mentions.....Goldeneye (N64), Wings (Amiga), Defender of the Crown (Amiga), Smackdown 3 (PS2) with a multitap + keg!, Half Life 1 & 2 (PC)
