Just noticed this thread....
2 months ago August 3rd to be exact I weighed in at 240, though my highest recorded weight was 245.
As of yesterday October 11, I weighed in at 199.
Losing 40 pounds in 2 months has taken a lot of work and a very strict diet that I am guilty of breaking a time or 2.
What worked for me was eating Lean Cuisines for every meal, and running 2 miles 3-4 times a week. I still go out and drink from time to time. And I eat fast food about once every week or 2.
