Never posted in this thread before was just wondering if any one has ideas on how to stop eating junk for reasons other than hunger ( i tend to eat if bored, upset) i have all the good intentions and i exercise regularly (least 3 x gym a week, just took up swimmimg too) but the eating lets me down and i dont seem to be able to stop myself....HELP
