Ok, so I went to the doctor today and she said I had sinusitus and prescribed me flonase to take for awhile. I can use it for a long time and there won't be such harsh side effects as the OTC nasal sprays.
So I'll see how this goes. It should take about 2-3 days before I feel the full effects. Thanks for everyone's imput.
