im actually thinking my shoulder wont be too big of a problem, I will talk to a DR. about it, but the worst i could imagine would me doing bench and my shoulder popping out causing the bar to fall on me.
I dont really know anyone that would be able to have the same workout schedule as me so ill be doing everything by meself. this is my main concern because I cant afford to hire a trainer and and have no idea how to use any of the equipment.
im probabley going to start riding the bike there on wednesday though.
