30 pints of beer in 2 days? Yeah, there's your problem. At about 150 calories a pint, that's 4,500 calories you are adding to your intake. That's enough calories alone for 3 days worth of total intake, and its all in addition to whatever you actually ate.
You know what you have to do in order to have success, the question is why are you not doing it? Perhaps a deeper issue is driving you to drink?
