Yep, I've used it for smaller project's where someone just wants a website they can edit themselves. They have modules for many common features/enhancements, and for someone who hasn't touched PHP since the /FI days, it was very easy to get running.

I'll say it's nice. It spent the weekend in the sandbox, and is on an external server being put through paces right now.
Very quick to-live time, and great community support. Exactly what is needed in good open-source software.
