Yea, I guess to clarify. The output on the laptop is a 1/8" stereo line. What I plan on doing is getting a Y-adapter (so 1/8" male to 2x 1/8" female), then plugging the two sets of powered speakers each female jack. I also might be running a significant length of the 1/8" stereo cable (maybe 20feet), good idea?
