If there's a delicate way to ask for this, then it's news to me.
If it's someone that really loves/trusts you, I would say just say it.
Generally speaking, I would refrain from using such "colorful" phrasiology.... unless she's into that... In any case, I would say just tell her how you feel about it.
I don't know her, though... so I could be way off the mark here.
