It's not a pvp reward, it's a cross-faction mount from runecloth turnins! Tauren can finally buy mounts other than Kodos (well, only wolves now too), but it's not being implimented until 1.8. These pics are from the test server.
I've always wanted a wolf and just about lost it when I read that tauren were going to be able to ride them soon. I sure did pay the price though. 800g for the mount and *well* over 1000g for all the runecloth. Worth every penny
