Oooooooh. I had been wondering the same thing, too. I've seen that episode many times, but always on DVD, never on TV before, so the warning was new to me. I could NOT figure it out. Good catch, Redlemon.
It's funny, it honestly didn't even occur to me that the lesbian kiss - which was superduper tame, I mean, the shit on Girls Gone Wild commercials do way, way more - could be cause for the warning at that time. I mean, later in the episode there's repeated scenes of torture, mutilation, shooting violence, and violent death. But a tame split-second of gal's smooching necessitates a warning.
Yeesh.
