I share your fear of spiders 100%. I hate spiders (and almost every other bug) so much, but what I hate the most is when my friends say "But they're not gonna hurt you!" I know the ones in my house probably aren't dangerous. I am rarely afraid of a spider actually hurting me. I just find them so ugly, so repulsive, that I have to stay away from them or I'll be sick. It's the way they move, how they scuttle and crawl, with all those legs and tiny hairs all over them ... UGH!

And yet even when I try to explain this to people, they just say, "But what could a harmless little spider ever do to you?" when I just went through that! Honestly, do people ever listen?

If I were in your shoes, I would build a new shed and seal it tighter than a bomb shelter. Actually, if I thought it would keep bugs out, I'd just build a bomb shelter and live in that. Fuck I hate spiders.

Maybe I could live under the sea ...
