I'm all for real breast. Real, big, droopy, squeezable breasts. I will accept no substitute.
I've felt fake breasts, and they just didn't do it for me. They don't have the same feel, but sure, they can look nice when done appropriately.
So, for touch - real.
For looks - real or good fakes are fine.
