I suppose it depends upon how you define "something new". I ride roller coasters and go to amusement parks quite frequently. I rode the new coaster at Knott's Berry Farm for the first time this summer. Would that be something new, it being a new coaster, or just a new form of something I've done a couple thousand times before? If I get a new outfit, is that something new?
I think not, as those are activities that I generally do quite frequently. These were just new iterations of the same activity.
So honestly, I can't really think of anything new for quite some time, probably more than a year. That, though, I consider a good thing. Avoiding new things is a good way to avoid risk, which is generally more positive than negative for me. I can get novelty and variety through varying those things I already know that I enjoy doing.
