Does PA DOC have it's own transportation dept, or does PA use contractors to handle transfers, etc?
The reason I ask is I just started in transportation in June with TDCJ, and compared to working in a regular unit, it's like night and day. I actually like going to work now, and that's a huge improvement over my mental state prior to transfering to trans.
