Exactly. The hair gets pulled out from its roots, so regrowth starts from the beginning, where the hair is fine and soft. When you shave, the hair shaft is basicly cut off halfway, and regrowth is just a 'continuation' of growth from the hair that's still there, where it's thicker and harsher, hence the ichyness, and dark stubbles. Oh oh..and they grow back less the more you get them waxed.. for me anyway.
