I am a techie in my local area.

What I'm looking for is a place with web hosting, say 1GB + mail hosting, and which can perhaps do a web board, meaning they have PHP and mySQL hosting as well, though that last bit isn't as important. And the price shouldn't be high for the main two bits (web and mail hosting). While I don't tend to get a major hit on bandwidth, I also don't want to some day be /.'d and be hit with a massive overage bill.
