Sag is fine. As a guy, I generally expect body-parts to hang downwards.
Conical breasts are just odd. Even stranger looking is pushed up conical breasts on women with low bodyfat - in clothes with a low neckline. (Seems popular with TV presenters). Not attractive to me at all.
