I really do but us humans have a voice and ability to explain things and we really should sometimes. You can't expect every partner to know exactly what pleases you. Everyone has to learn and ladies aren't all the same so what pleases one might not please you. I have absolutely no problem with a g/friend (and my wife to be) telling me what to do.
Most men can't read minds and unless you tell someone (if your sounds of pleasure/silence) alone fail to work I sense a future of unnecessary unhappiness!

Please speak up!!
